ABOUT LOVE & LIGHT PTE LTD (THE ASSOCIATE COMPANY)

• Love & Light was incorporated in Singapore 1997, it has since become a recognized expert in Far East region including Singapore, in the delivery of services to enhance the mental, spiritual and physical well-being of its clients. It has some 3,000 readers of its newsletter 'Innerjoy', 25-30% are regular clients; 20-25% are occasional clients.

• Love and Light become dormant & dissolved in 2004. Love & Light will contribute its expertise in the spa industry, programs, database processes and all updated systems to the new spa of Int'l Heaven Resort.

The company founder, Pauline Goodman - Managing Director, will be responsible for Wealthness International and its associates / partners. She will oversee the administration of the Int'l Heaven Spa Resorts set-up, sourcing lead therapist staff for training and handle the day-to-day operations and needs of the spa resort concept plan, until appropriate personals are ready to take over the responsibility; she will work to ensure that this business venture is a success and profitable project.
