The Art of Living Effortlessly
"Life is supposed to be good for you; you never come forth for the struggle!"
...Abraham
What we call life can take many interesting, challenging and sometimes even beautiful turns. Living a life of truth, right speech, peace, harmony, love & non-violence fulfills the language of the Heart, this is what we have come to learn. Dream big, live large & live life to the fullest and manifest your dreams & desires. This is your playground and you write the rules of your own script ... We are powerful creators who have come here with great reasons
What is it like to let go of effort and live effortlessly? Effortlessness is intensely attractive.; we owe to ourselves to learn how to live effortlessly, for developing that skill to enhance both our inner and outer lives The experience of effortlessness is sometimes called being 'in the zone' or in the 'present' or in the 'moment'; to let go and experience life as though a higher force is manifesting itself through us and surrender ourselves as channels for that force. We enter into a space where there is no longer being control by our programmed mind & self-consciousness disappeared. Something is happening, but we are so relaxed and receptive that it feels like we aren't making it happen. We are accomplishing more by trying less.
The profound state of relaxation that accompanies effortlessness is a mark of true concentration; which involves absorbing ourselves so completely in something that our mind becomes empty and we become channels. This exactly the opposite of how our linear culture approaches concentration. We are taught to bring thinking mind into everything we do, to plan, prepare and analyze. Analysis and planning have their place, but we tend to think obsessively. It is a scientific fact that the more we think and the more verbal chatter is gong on in our minds, the more physical tension we have in our bodies. Physical tension makes both poor performance and concentration. True concentration happens when we stop thinking. We relax and become present; performing at peak; by letting go of trying.
Relaxation involves in the ability to live fully but without struggle. The true meaning of relaxation is a combination of peace & power; inner calmness and complete self expression and focus. We must learn to relax, stop trying so hard, to let go and become ourselves and become effortless. It involves changing the way we live in our bodies, letting go of the push & pull that creates everything from low quality performance to chronic disease.
Effortlessness is what the Zen traditions call 'non doing'. It is not a concept; it involves moving deeper & deeper into our intuition, gut feeling or physical ease; then get reflected in mental clarity and emotional detachment. When we commit to effortlessness, we decide we are going to learn how not to get our interest in getting something done to trigger us into tension. It is important that we must feel balanced inside ourselves; our internal state..... by making our internal experience of ease & peace. We have to learn to make internal tranquility and relaxation the backdrop for anything we do in life. We get further if we stop thinking so much about where we want to go and focus instead on releasing the addiction to effort. The commitment to letting go of effort is the cornerstone of undoing the addiction to fear. We have to stop controlling ourselves so much and stop being afraid.
We live in our bodies; they are constantly sending us messages. Learning to feel our bodies and emotions teach us to let go of tension and stress that make us get sick, unhappy and mentally constricted. When we are feeling our body essentially means being exploring and listening to it; by relaxing and enjoying the sensation of our bodies, healing our emotions by freeing our grief, pain and fear. The price we pay for repressing our life force - our feelings; the ultimate cost is stress and chronic illness.
Learning to feel our emotional bodies helps us become physically and emotional healthy & authentic.
Our self awareness and consciousness to heal our emotions and let go of effort, we become passionately interested in cultivation a feeling of effortlessness, of being in the flow of life.
"We are made wise not by collections of our past but by the responsibility of our future" .... George Bernard Shaw.
