Pauline Goodman migrated to Australia in March 2005, from Singapore, to seek new opportunity and direction in her passion of establishing Health & Wellness Spa Resorts and expanding its management, sales & marketing globally. She is directed to working in Trendwest South Pacific, Melbourne, given an opportunity to learning a new system to enhance her dreams in the health & wellbeing resorts, since May 2005.
She is a certified Master Result Coach - a Practitioner of NLP, Result, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Advanced Neurological Repatterning TM, and Certified Performance Coach.
Pauline Goodman is a dynamic & energetic mature lady with wide experiences in Spa, Marketing & Management Skills. Besides English, she speaks Mandarin including several Chinese dialects and Malay.

Past:
2002 - 2004 - Pauline Goodman has completed her contract as Director of Programs & Activities in Management, Sales, Marketing and Operations (Spa & Training) for the prestigious
St. Gregory Spa Group (SGS) of luxurious Hotels Group in Singapore.
This is a luxurious chain of health and fitness spas with a reputation for offering a wide range of spa beauty, holistic therapies and fitness facilities. In her various international roles within financial world Pauline Goodman became aware of the increasing number of work related unbalanced energy or disease affecting the workforce induced by stress and imbalanced reality between work and home life. It was evident this resulted in corporations suffering from decreased productivity and increased absenteeism. The corporations are starting to recognize this as a considerable problem facing them and realize they and their employees have to find ways to address and counteract this issue. Pauline Goodman has identified a gap in the market for health and wellness industry, and hence she joined SGS to offer educative special wellness programs of truly body, mind, heart & spirit for stressed out professionals, corporations, retired people and even children. Pauline Goodman is going to take this opportunity to put her all experiences, skills and expertise gained from past international exposure & knowledge, with wisdom in any other business related to Resort Spa Industry - to take it to another new level of awareness and expansion, in Asia Pacific and globally.
1997 - 2002 - Pauline Goodman returns to Singapore, after a long illustrious international career in finance, banking, real estate and investment since 1984. In this journey, she established and ran her own business

, focusing on wellness and awareness services in healing, spiritual growth, and self-development & empowerment. She has also attended and organized courses, workshops, seminars and international conferences related to her wellness business. Then in 2002-2005 she expanded to include Body, Mind, Heart & Spirit Spa Concept and joined St Gregory Spa as Director of Programs & Activities on stress management through holistic therapies and integrated health promotional events and conferences. Pauline Goodman has accumulated a vast data base of clients who are genuinely interested in health & wellbeing resorts to continue learning to live in joy, health, wealth & harmony.
Prior to 1997 - Pauline Goodman has held key corporate positions with several top-tier private, multi-national and international corporations, having worked in London, New York, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, and Jakarta, in the property, financial investment and banking industry. Pauline Goodman has worked for global blue chip investment banks in Hong Kong, including Coutts, Commez Bank, James Capel - HSBC group and Shun Leong-Bear Stern. Her last role in this industry was as Senior Vice President of Coutts HK, the Queen's Bank of United Kingdom. She has travelled intensively worldwide on business and pleasure including, spending on and off in Hong Kong for almost 16 years. Due to the nature of her business Pauline Goodman has developed good relationship with her clients.
Due to the nature of Pauline Goodman's international working experiences, Pauline Goodman has developed a strong business sense in management, marketing, administration and organizational skills with wisdom & integrity; which have proven crucial in establishing and running her own business or working in corporations. The experiences and skills-set attained are highly transferable from industry to industry.
