In true boutique style, Philip sources produce from local waters and the Atherton Tablelands, making regular trips to nearby markets to hand-pick the freshest ingredients.

Focusing on this prime local produce, the menu has an eclectic feel with Mediterranean, Asian and traditional influences blended to create a truly unique modern Australian cuisine. Poolside Restaurant

Situated alongside our pool and cascading waterfall this is a lovely sheltered area which is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Open daily for lunch, it is also available for private functions.

Brigadier's Bar And Lounge

Operates on a unique honour system similar to an Officer's Mess in the army. Candles lit at twilight indicate complimentary punch is being served where guests can gather to share stories surrounded by artefacts and books of the Brigadier's travels.
